"Had a delicious birthday lunch panini with their homemade french fries, and a gently-lemony cupcake for an appetizer!! (Because I was like a kid in a candy store at their bakery case.) My husband thoroughly enjoyed his g-free ruben and those tender fries. The bakery counter has dozens of g-free treats and breads, including g-free rye bread. Service was excellent, prices reasonable, and the bakery-case and menu are clearly labeled if they items contain dairy and/or soy. I'll definitely go back! Very soon!"

"Great gluten free food and bakery items. The entire menu is gluten free. Everything was delicious. The only criticism I have is the lack of details about the ingredients of some menu items which are allergens, such as the salsa is made with mango but listed as salsa on the menu, even listing it as fruit salsa would be enough to alert people."

"If you’re a gluten free person visiting Niagara Falls, this place is totally worth the drive to enjoy an amazing meal! It’s 100% gluten free, but my non-gf friend loved the food - she couldn’t believe her French toast was gluten free."

"This bakery and cafe is a gem. Totally Celiac safe! You will have choices on the menu, instead of searching for something on the menu that would not hurt you. Wraps, salads, baked-goods.Not everything has nuts!!!! The only thing that I am not super happy about, is that every time, except once, that I went there, they were out of pastry hearts. You will like this place."

"Absolutely love this place and wish there were more like it. Since being diagnosed with Celiacs, it is wonderful to have a place like Kith and Kin to go to. I wish it was a little closer to us, but it is well worth the trip. The Chicken Suzanne is delicious and their Molasses cookies are amazing. When I first bought their bread, I ate four slices on the drive back home… It is that good!"

"Ooooolala. I sent my fiancé in to pick up some food and I'm so glad he did! The best club I've ever had in my life, hands down! The turkey alone was seriously the most delicious I've ever had, so moist and insanely good. The quiche's were fresh and tastey as well. Pastries were delectable as well. Insane turkey club though, I just moved here and sooo happy I found this place, we'll be regulars from now on :)"

"On a recent trip to Buffalo, New York, I was looking for a gluten-free restaurant. Fortunately, I found a wonderful little place east of the Niagara Falls in Lockport New York. The owners of Kith and Kin Bakeshop and Bistro have three children with Celiac Disease. It’s obviously very important to them that their children, and others like them, have the opportunity to experience delicious foods that are free of gluten. This place is wonderful and it proves that food without gluten can still be incredibly delicious and satisfying. Times have changed. I have friends and family eating gluten-free products today, solely by preference, because they are simply that good."

"Finally made it in for Friday fish fry! It was excellent and tasted just like I remember a glutenful fish fry tasting! Crispy outside and tender inside, served nice and hot. The french fries and coleslaw were very good, as were the fried mozzarella sticks we had for an appetizer. My husband is not gluten free and he loved everything just as much as me! Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I overheard many customers commenting on how good their meals were. Tim, the owner, came out from the kitchen to say hello to a table of people who were there for the first time. They drove in from East Aurora and were raving about the food! They said it was worth the drive!"

"This is a dedicated gluten free restaurant and bake shop. They open at 11am Tuesday thru Saturday. I’ve enjoyed breakfast, lunch, dinner, and amazing baked goods. The best gluten free food I’ve had to date. Staff are friendly and helpful."
