YES! We source all guaranteed gluten-free ingredients.
2) What allergens are in the facility?
We have dishes that contain fish, seafood, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please advocate for yourself. When in doubt, go without.
3) What oil do you use in your fryer?
We use Canola oil
4) Are your products organic?
We have many organic products. However, not all our products are organic. Feel free to ask!
5) What kind of flour do you use?
We make our own different flour mixtures for all of our products as each one has a different outcome.

6) Can you do corn free?
All of our pastries have corn starch, but with advance notice, we may be able to accommodate you.
7) Is everything from scratch?
99.9%. We roast our own turkey and beef, bake our own bread, & make all our soups, but we purchase gluten-free wraps from Kontos.
8) Do you have dairy-free items?
Yes! Soooo many. All of our dairy free items are marked with *. If you have any questions, please ask.
9) Do you have any vegan items?
We offer a few vegan bakery items on a daily basis. We have a few options that can also be special ordered.
10) Do you have any soy-free items?
Yes! We do offer a few soy free options. Please call us and we can help you.
11) Is there onion & garlic in all your soups?
Most of them contain onion & garlic. That's what makes them so good!
